The project constructs a diverging diamond interchange at the existing overpass of SR 6/Camp Creek Parkway at 1-285 located in East Point & Fulton County, Georgia. Associated with the construction of the interchange, improvements have also be made to Camp Creek Parkway/SR 6 to accommodate the design elements. The bridge stayed in place, lifted to meet vertical clearance requirements, widened 7 ft to the north and both shoulders reconstructed.
